An Open Letter to Parents

No automatic alt text available.

My dear parents,

Keep a close but non-intimidating watch on your children. Even though you are their parents, genuinely care for them. They are individuals — you can’t control every aspect of their life.

Allow them to make decisions under their supervision. Let them enjoy their freedom and individuality, and not feel supressed due to over-supervision.

Acceptance is important. Not everyone is cut out to fit in stereotypical character.
